New Brighton Radio has been passionate about getting ‘Wirral Talking’ since 2019. The station was originally masterminded by Barry Hughes and Lyn Johnston and Jan Kupeczek who still remain firmly at the helm. 
 
In early 2020 Paul Bradshaw joined the station’s management team bringing to the station many years of radio knowledge and expertise to the station.
 
We are your local online radio station, self funded, That brings a wide range of music 60-90's and much more across the north west and the nation, making the station interesting and diverse. NBR specialises in personality driven music radio, with local news, Sport, what’s on, local events and national news, with almost all shows broadcasting “Live” from our studios in the picturesque, Vale Park New Brighton, on the banks of the iconic River Merseyside overlooking Liverpool’s incredible skyline.
 
We offer open access to anyone from Wirral and Merseyside to come and train in radio skills with our friendly team . Please support us, spread the word, as we’ll continue to promote a positive image of this area. Bringing together our love for Wirral and Merseyside and the wonderful people who live here.
